Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Hello. This error (c4eb800) occurs when there is a problem with your ink cartridges.
First of all, you have to turn on your HP C5280 and remove the old cartridges. After doing this, turn off your printer and let it this way for a couple of minutes. Repeat the turn on and when your printer asks for ink cartridges (Insert Inks), insert them one by one and assure that the cartridges are sitting in their place.
If there is no effect, clean the cartridge heads with an alcohol cloth.
I hope I helped!
