The problem is either with the a loose broken connection inside the unit or with the door switch that is bad and needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Most likely either the magnetron is bad or a bad diode. Does the unit sound louder than normal? Buzzing?

My spacemaker 2.0 pvm2070dmww microwave is not heating and the turntable is not turning everything else is working fine.

The problem is more than likely a bad door switch, a digital meter is the best option for testing to find the defective one. If you have one post back for instructions or have serviceman repair it.

Most likely the bottom door switch. Dacor units are built by Sharp and that switch is a very common problem. You'd either need to check the switch with an ohm meter or remove the cover of the switch to see if it's burned inside.

Does not heat

The magnatron unit has malfunctioned. You should be able to replace that unit if you're mechanically apt, although with the price of microwave ovens, you might just as well get a new one that's under warantee.
