This is not the answer you dreamed of ... but it is the best answer I am able to offer to you ...
Call your service provider ... if there is ANY solution to this problem, it will be from them ... probably in the form of a hard reset which will return your telephone to the condition it was when it was brand new - you will loose everything not backed up somewhere. You will have to prove you are the owner of the account and the hardware. It may be best to take it into your service providers service center.
