hi it sounds like a sensor may be faulty or getting worn, luckily you dont need equipment to check codes, look under the dash on drivers side and you will see 2 small black plugs close together plug them in with the car off but key on acc and the check light will flash codes, slow then fast. for example if 4 times slow then 2 times fast it means code 42 then just google it for the code meanings

Freezer not freezing, refrigertor seems to be working fine. making an intermittent clicking sound

your compressor is not running ..the clicking sound is the compressor start relay ..hard start capacitor ..../relay/overload all in one..will fix this problem call your local appliance parts/or used appliance store for this part ..the wiring is simple //remove compressor cover to view relay ...remove it with screwdriver ..dont worry about breaking this relay .remove it to see 3 terminals is start /one is run /one is common ./look at diagram on the hard start and wire it to the correct compressor pin/terminal then wire the 2 wires off old relay to the power wires to new hard start will work again ...believe me ..the part cost around 20.00 let me know ..good luck../joe/

1998 s-10 2.2l intermittent hard start

because you said it sounds like timing problems i may have an idea. i dont remeber if these have a distributer? but its common for the distributer on the newer GM trucks and i dont know why but its like the spark jumps around inside causing incorrect firing order when trying to start and just gets worse and worse. remove and inspect for build on on rotor and tabs on distributer.

and get back to me with problem
plz rate

1993 Acura - intermittent fuel pump operation (no start)

I thing it is definitely the fuel relay. I had the same problem. The relay is quite big and it is located and bolted under the dash on the driver side, brown in color. You can't miss it.
