How do I design a 6 foot diameter circle for my garden?

drive a peg in the ground where you want the center of the circle to be
get a piece of string and make a loop at one enf big enough to fall over the peg
measure out 3 ft from that loop and tie a stake at that point
now pull the string until it is tight and where the peg hits the ground make a mark
move about a foot an make another mark keeping the string tight all the whole
repeat the process until you have done a complete circle
the marks will be the circumference of a 6 foot diameter circle

Air Conditioner Drips and Stain Remedy

If you have ever had a dripping air conditioner. Whether the dripping sound was making it difficult to sleep or concentrate. Or maybe the dripping is making a mess on the side of your home. Splashing dirt or making rust stains on your siding. This is a remedy I always use.
Go outside the house and figure out where the drip is exiting the unit. Also, measure the distance from the place of the drip to the ground.
You will need a piece of rope or heavy string and some sort of super glue or a glue gun.
Make the rope or string long enough to be close to the ground but not touching the ground when measured from the point of the drip. Allowing the string or rope to touch the ground will give small pests an opportunity to climb into your AC and possibly your home. If you don't have rope or string an old shoe lace will work.
Glue the rope to the unit at the place of the drip, so that the water will soak into and follow the string QUIETLY and CLEANLY to the ground. I also like to tie a large fishing sinker on the end to keep the wind from displacing my string.
If you run the string into a bucket and if it is humid enough. It can quite easily provide enough water to supply flowers or a small garden. Enjoy.

Diagnosing your small engine, string trimmer, chain saw, leaf blower, briggs...

Do you have a push mower, leaf blower, string trimmer, etc. that wont run; and you dont know which direction to go to fix it? The majority of problems are fuel related and this is a fast, easy way to determine if it is or not.
Start be removing the air filter and verifying that the choke is open ( run position). Then, spray a shot of carb cleaner ( available at any auto parts store, wal mart or dollar general) into the throat of the carb. Attempt to start the unit. If the unit hits on the prime ( starts and runs briefly on the carb cleaner) then the problem is fuel related. You should check your fuel ( water or stale), fuel lines and filter, and carb. If the unit does not hit on a prime then you should start checking your ignition system and compression.

How to feed trimmer line on y25 yard trimmer gas

Depending on what type of string head you have. If it's a "tap and go" style head, just rev it up full throttle and tap it on the ground. It should feed the string out and the blade on the shield will cut off the string to the correct length.

Nashville tele that has the g string sounds off when playing

if you have the adjustable bridge try moving it back a little bit. the g string is a heavy string and will tend to go sharp when you have the string height up a little. make small adjustments usually only one turn or half a turn at a time. take care to note your adjustments so you can always go back to where you started. turners are nice but the ear doesn't lie. if it sounds right it's right

I can't get both sides of my weedeater restring right so it can pop out when i hit i t on the ground

Make sure you are winding the string in the correct direction. Check the spool for arrows, as centrifugal force is what feeds the string out the holes.

I need to clean my capresso c1000. i can't find the instructions. i put a cleaning tablet into the ground coffee area, and ran the ground coffee button a few times. is that it?

No, first push the self clean button (hold until lights come on). Then pull the grounds unit and empty it, that will turn off one red light. Fill the water tank. Then drop the tablet. Then hit the ground coffee button. Cycle through and dump the grounds each time the grounds light illuminates.

The part below the guard is designed to come off for cleaning and restringing, as long as you still have all the parts, you just need to put it back together and it will be fine.
