Question about PayPal Accounts

I purchased an item#190525797163 on Apr.30,2011 I have not recieved this item. I have tried to contact the seller many times but have not recieved any replies.Sellers ID the transaction ID:2y175691nk7135919. please help resolve this problem.

If you purchased an item but have not received it nor relieved any responses from the Seller, you can open up a case with PayPal to resolve the issue. In order to open up a case with PayPal, you will want to log in to PayPal, to to the My Account tab and click on the Resolution Center option near the top right.

The screen is self explanatory and will ask for certain information. After you open the case PayPal will contact you and work with you to resolve the issue!

A.) contact the seller and notify them that you did not receive the purchased item
B.) if seller does not respond to your satisfaction, file a complaint with organization it was sold through (Ebay & PayPal, Amazon, etc.)
C.) if it was not bought through a place that provided protection, and you used a credit card, your card "should" protect you unless it was under $50
D.) if it was a bank card (debit) it is anyone's guess if you have any protection (my bank never offered any until just the past month). Check with your bank if this is the case.
/make sure you wait at least 3 days for the seller to respond, especially with the holidays/weekend here!

The seller gave me mis information about the size of a watch prior to buying

click on the My Ebay fromthe drop down list select purchase history
contact seller option then Item recieved not as described
if you get no satisfaction you might have to open up a papal claim log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim

I paid for an item and have not recieved yet. Receipt ID 1470-4259-9778-7575. It was paid to WINDSTORM RANCH PRODUCTS on 8/19/2011. Tried contacting them and no response.

if you check on your paypal account, you can open a dispute and they will look into the query. I think the purchase ahs to be 30days old before you can open a dispute, this is to give the seller enuf time to resolve any issues and for you the seller to receive the product.
On your paypal account, go to file a dispute and follow the instructions

Hello There, If you look on ebay, it says only pay by paypal/credit card as you may not get the item by money order/western union. I would try using and getting their phone number and calling, other wise report to trading standards, Be more careful when purchasing on line...

Dj8153 bought an item. recieved a paypal receipt.

Contact Paypal. They have a claims resolution department. The bonus is that they are OWNED by ebay. You shouldn't have any problems receiving your refund.

Paid by Pay Pal on Sept. 04. 2009, transaction ID, 06H91061PX175542G for item purchased thru Ebay #290344468117 and item has not been received. What do I do next?

I would email seller and ask for a tracking code. Let them know that you have not recieved the item yet. Wait at least a week more and if you still haven't recieved, then you can see if you and seller can work out a refund, etc.

this you need to contact e-bay customer support. basicly you need file a disbute the seller.
send them all of e-mail you have so they can porperly contact the seller and the porblem resolved.
did the bank clear your payment??? if not, you have to wait till the bank clear the payment.
