Restart your computer in safemode by clicking F8 and it will let you login as Administrator than click on help and support than go to system restore and pick a date prior to the time the problem started, also choose the safemode with network support so you can get on the internet. Once on the internet go to download.com and download Advanced System care, and run a deep scan.

My dell inspiron 1525 notebook keeps shutting down everytime

Scanning computer to eliminate malwares, spywares and the viruses from your laptop.
2- Repairing and cleaning Windows registry.
These two tips are found to be very helpful to fix the laptop shutdown problem. Almost all the computer users surf internet which could result in viruses attacking your system. Some of these infections are really pesky and cause the machines to shutdown randomly.
The registry errors, however, are the internal errors and can become a cause of system crashes and freezes. The registry keys shall be in good health to keep a system perfect.
When I noticed my laptop keeps shutting down everytime, I tested the Intel Software Partner, RegInOut to fix the random shutdown problem with my laptop.

You need this program - "Malwarebytes" go to their site and download it for free, it is about the only program that will remove the AVG junk.

Hi,
There is a serious problem with spy sweeper webroot V 6.0. If that’s what you are using, uninstall it and use V 5.5 instead until they fix the problem.
I hope this helps

Screen stays on when i attempt to shutdown - it will not close

It could be many problems, but it most likely your operating system. Run a virus scan on your computer with whatever anti-virus that you're running to see what it turns up. Also run a 'disk cleanup' by right clicking your storage drive in 'My computer' and selecting 'properties'
Once you've done that, from the same properties window that opens up, click the 'tools' tab and check your drive for errors.
Also make sure that your have all the appropriate updates for your operating system.

Hello,
This seems to be a service on your computer failing to load during startup. You need to check your start-up programs for this file. To do this, click Start-->Run, type "msconfig". When the dialog windows opens, go to the "Startup" tab. Scroll through the list of applications started everytime you boot the computer. If you find "77301443.exe", disable it by unchecking the box next to its name, and click Ok.
You will be prompted to reboot your computer.
However, before rebooting your computer. It would be a good idea to run any anti-virus or anti-spyware software, clean any viruses or spyware, and then reboot the computer.
When it reboots, check for the application error again. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank You, Raph30
