Question about Nokia N72 Cellular Phone
I am not sure what are the methods you've already tried, but I would suggest you to try *#7370# type in the code as you type numbers when making a call. You will be asked to confirm and will also ask you to put the security code i.e. 12345 (if you haven't change the default security code). The phone will automatically restart and everything saved on your phone's memory will be wiped out.
If this doesn't work, there must be something wrong with your phone, most likely the database of your phone which can't be fixed unless you flash it or you get it formatted from a service center or from a Nokia repair shop.
Let me know if you need further help.
Thanks for using FixYa.
