This sounds like a low battery problem ... the horn and lights do not take much energy to turn on, but starting the engine takes a lot of power. Try jumping the Jeep with another car, or a battery jump pack (available at any auto-parts store). If the engine kicks over and starts, then leave your Jeep running in park for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of running, turn the Jeep off and then try to start it again with no jump -- if it starts, you had a low battery, but the issue is probably solved (running the engine recharges the battery). If, after you have had the car running for 15 minutes and turn it off, it does not start on its own, you probably need a new battery (and you should have your electrical system checked as you might have a bad alternator that is not charging your battery). Sears Auto Canter has a great piece of equipment that can test your battery, and your entire electrical system (including the alternator) in just a few minutes. I recommend that you take your Jeep to a Sears Auto Center and have it checked, whether or not the jump worked because their system can make sure that there is not a slow drain on the battery (due to a loose connection or something like that) which would cause you to have the same problem again.

My Jeep doesn't not shift into gears. Make crunching sound when try to put back into park and parking brake handle need to be apply in order to keep keep from moving

Immediate fix. Turn engine off then put into park.

This going to sound strange but I bet your blower also not working when the happens. Your key is still in the "start"
position but not forward enough to engage starter. When this happens:
Slightly turn key back until it clicks into the run or on position.
It should do this all by itself when you let go of the key after starting, but as things age and wear they can stick.

Stuck in Park and car wont start.

Jump start does what? Do you have dash lights? horn etc. Trying to figure out if the battery power is getting anywhere. The battery could be dead again from parasitic drain. The cables could be damaged from corrosion. The neutral switch could be defective of loose.

My 2000 lincoln ls doesn't crank or click when trying to start it, it does nothing? all the lights work, radio, signals and horn, I checked the fuel relay and the starter relay and the ignition fu

Sounds like an Ignition Module or similar device. Does it have an alarm? Turn the key to ON - not start - and put into Drive and then back into Park. It may be the shifter isn't fully engaged. Also, w/your FOOT ON THE BRAKE shift to Neutral and try to start it.

06 pontiac grand prix wont start no clicking when you turn the key over even jump starting the battery, has dash lights & radio & parking lights. battery tested good. put a used starter & altinator on

Used parts such as starters and altinators don't last. It might **** but it sounds like you need to buy a new starter, altinator, and battery. Or just start with buying one at a time.

Wont start

Turn the lights on and see if the horn blows. If no then probably dead battery. Else could be the car is not in park or neutral, clutch pedal needs to be depressed. If it makes a clicking noise then check the battery and make sure the battery connections are clean.

Wont start in Park But will start in Nuetral

Neutral safety switch usually threaded into transmission, unless AW-4 model. Same switch used to trip back-up lights. Look for harness with approx 3-4 wires, unplug & unscrew switch from transmission.
