Question about Boston Acoustics TVee Model Two TV Speakers
Our Tvee 25 was working fine, like always, a couple nights ago, and then all of a sudden began to emit a rough buzz/crackle from the sub. The sound bar played fine, but the sub was a mess. After tinkering a bit, discovered that the buzz/crackle disappeared if the two channel switches were on different channels. There was no audio content on the sub, no matter how high the soundbar volume was raised. Red/green light worked as it should. Tried iun plugging/replugging both units. Nothing. Tried shutting down a wireless router that was nearby. Nothing. Then, saw a note in manual about a 'hard reset' that is done by merely unplugging both units for 24-48 hours. Also, called BA support and discussed. Mentioned the reset and tech said that they often get these back for repair and when they power them up, they work fine. So, anyway, waited two days, just powered mine back up and it is playing fine again. Time will tell, but so far so good.

1.Check the input cable or change it and see the result.
2.Test the subwoofer to a computer.
