Question about Durabrand PDV-709
Hi. My DVD player won't come on or play either and I've just had it a few months. I saw you suggested taking it back to wal-mart because the manufacturer is out of business. Do you have any idea how to do that as they won't exchange it for me because I'm outside the 15 day return policy. Thanks
I've been told they have been exchanging them regardless to the standard return policy because Wal Mart wan't in good faith doing business with a manufacturer that they knew was going out of business. So for good PR, there exchanging them with a player or equal or lesser value.
