I'm assuming that you mean the CMOS battery which keeps the date and time and configuration settings of your laptop. If so, here is a link to the location of the battery:

Here you can find all of your drivers and download them from another computer and save them onto a flash drive so that you can install them onto your laptop.

However, to just get your internet connection working again so that you can just use your laptop to get the drivers, go to that website, scroll down to Network (22), expand that and download the 3rd thing from the top and the 7th from the top (you may want to just download anything that is "Recommended" or "Urgent."

Replace the hard drive

There are about a dozen Dell drivers you'll need to load. If you can download these on another unit to a flash drive. Then install on your laptop. If you don't have another unit, take your flash drive to your nearest public libray. There you can download what you need to a flash drive.
