Question about GE GSH25JFR Side by Side Refrigerator
If theres ice on the inside rear wall, you need to remove the rear panel inside the freezer, behind there will be the evaporator coil,it is probably iced up and air can't blow thru a wall of ice, defrost it with a hand held hair dryer, then check the defrost heater located under the coil for continuity as these in g.e. SxS units burn out often if its ok its possible its the defrost thermostat on the top of the coil clipped in th the coil, but it needs to be below 32 degrees to test goodthe heater number is AP3183311 from appliance parts pros.com
