My monitor coming blur after some time. When I power off and on again it is OK. The monitor is new Samsung LED BX1931.

if yes, yes, yes, then the monitor is DEAD. of AC power is ok.

learn this fact all monitors before magic year 2010
are dead, due to CCFL back lamps burned out.

and will cost 2 times new, to fix it.

if it try to buy screen it shows me , the main board has 2 highvoltage CCFL lamp jacks.
so CCFL are dead. most are, most died in the year 2014
if run every day for 5 years, they GO DEAD.
or less if run 20 hrs /day.
if parked on shelf for 10 years, it works. see? 20,000 hours life spans.
best is to buy a 2011 and up monitor cheap even used.
with LED back lamps. and enjoy a long lived monitor.

CCFL jacks right side ! back lamps that love to die.

With a DLP TV, getting a darker picture means it is time to change the bulb.

the tube lamp is degraded an needs replaced . the high voltage to the lamp might be weak corroded connection too.
consider changing the lamp out for led strip
i ordered 1 ccfl lamp many times from china for 2.50 an they are always damaged . too long for the mail.
i can order the same ccfl lamp from us for 40.
so
im going to insert led strips in place of the lamp.
its not that hard if your a tinker

Try Again By Chnaging The Old Wire With The New One

Well, there are so much good monitors out there.in market.. You can find them easily by searching on internet. So you can try any new monitor to get rest to your eyes..

I am not telling that Samsung is not good, but if you have old model monitor..

I had the same problem, i took out the power cord and after 3 days i put it back. after that the monitor was working normal again

Look VGA cable , or capacitors on power supply in monitor ( 820mF/25V ) , or 3,3V and 1,8 V smd power converters

What is the resolution that you are running the monitor at? There are two possible reasons that come to my mind.

1. You are running at a non native resolution. Based on your LCD spec you should run it at 1280x1024 resolution to have very sharp text as you normally expect from LCD's. However if you have set another resolution (say 1024x768) the text is blurred and this is a known issue with LCD's, which unlike a normal CRT monitor will get blurred running at any other resolution :(
2. You have not installed the monitor driver, hence again this limits your resolution and windows only allows you to select a resolution that is non-native (Meaning since the driver file is not there the operating system may not allow selecting the native resolution the monitor should run at). You can find the driver file at the samsung site. Its a common driver file for all LCDs.

I think it can solve with this way:

Press Menu on the front panel of the monitor. Then press OK button and go down and go to COLOR : PRESET. Press OK and go down. Press IMAGE RESTORATION.

My E530 monitor is more clearly, now.
