Uninstall office via add/remove and restart your pc.Next ->
Download and install Windows Installer Cleanup utility (MSICUU2.exe) ->start download
Once installed go to start->all programs->and launch windows installer cleanup utility.
Select Outlook from the list and hit Remove.
