SOURCE: Micro sd card not showing up on the gps

Have you got GB Discoverer on the card? The map should appear on the Map Information list in the Setup > Map area. Double check the placement of the map card. Also, in case you have not found it yet, there's wealth of information on the Oregon Wiki here: garminoregon.wikispaces.com

SOURCE: downloading songs from an i-mac computer to a garmin zumo 660

I don't know for sure, but most likely the problem is that iTunes keeps songs in AAC format, and the Garmin wants them in MP3 format.

If that's the case, then what you need to do is this:

in iTunes, build a playlist of the songs you want to export.
Click on that playlist to show the list of songs
Click on the first song in the list, then hold SHIFT and click on the last song in the list so they're all highlighted.
Select the menu option "Make and MP3 copy". Apple keeps moving this option, so you may have to hunt for it, depending on the version of iTunes you have.

This should leave the nice-quality AAC versions alone, but also make MP3 copies of each song.
Copy the MP3 files to the SD card and try that in your Garmin.

Micro sd card too big for garmin gps nuvi 1450

A micro SD card is the correct memory card for the 14xx series. A 2 GB should be just fine. Some units can not handle a large memory SD card. This has nothing to do with the physical size however.

Are you sure it isn't a micro SD card that is inserted into a standard SD card adapter? A standard SD card is much larger and will not fit into the 14xx series. Look at the end of the SD card that does not have the gold pins and see if there is a ridge where the micro SD card may be inserted into the larger standard SD adapter. Using a fingernail, you can slide the micro SD card out from the SD card adapter. Also, the micro SD card will only insert one way. Try flipping it over and inserting it again, always with the gold pins facing the Nuvi.

Application Navi.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. Program: Navi.exe Exception: 0xC0000005 Address: FFFFCBC0

You have a few corrupted files internally. Contact Rand Support to
obtain a new update SD Card to upgrade you to the new version and maps. The update SD Card will not remove your user
data. Be sure to have your serial number handy,

I have a faulty Uniden GNS-8360 not working in GPS mode

On the CD that comes with the device there is a folder for the Navi software which contains sub folders. Simply copy the whole folder from the root directory to another SD card and insert into the device and reboot. This probably also works if you overwrite the Sd card that comes with the GPS.

Dvd Gps Navi not exist

This took me weeks to solve because they dont give you a decent manual. It is necessary to have a good map on your sd card. You have to go into your map setup software and tell it which serial port and baud rate to use. otherwise it will display as you state.
