Question about Ovens
Most digital clocks have several buttons underneath them they are usually set by pressing 2 of the buttons at the same time and then the up down button for the time sometimes the up down setting is done by rotating a knob you will know when you have chosen the correct buttons the numbers will stop flashing failing that relist your problem with a model name and number if you can find one
