Question about Tioga Cycling
This carrier is fitted over the rear mud guard - the long bottom arms are bolted to the rear frame of the bike in the same place as the supports of the mudguard, using the same bolts (if you are removing the guard) or with longer ones (if you put it on top of the guard). The front arms will bolt on the top of the frame - depending on the type of bike you have it will bolt either to the seat shaft with a collar and the long bolt and the spacers or the rear wheel struts directly with 2 collars. On older Tioga carriers models the top fixing is done directly to the seat bolt (the bolt passes thru the holes in the fixing arms) so it all depends on what model of bike and carrier you have.
All the necessary fittings should have come with the carrier if new.
