What kind of system do you have? There is only one way to get more bass. Larger speaker and more amplifying power. Vented speaker also help you get more bass with less power.

Down load a program call bass box pro and it's realy easy to use it will ask you what type of box you want then speaker specs after that put in the specs or the size of space you have to put it and it will automatically figure it for you and tell you program is all over the Internet

Remove the software and try re-installing it again. As you install it, try not to open any other application so no processes will be running in the background.

HOW TO CONNECT 2 12" KICKER L7 TO A US AMP MD-1D

So you have to run both of the subs to your amp so that its see's 2ohms. The L7's probably have to voice coils to connect both the positive's together and both the negatives together to the positive and negative on your amp

Exhaust

Look around and see what you can find for your bike. Personally, I like my Micron and feel it gives out a lot of bass, but I'm not sure if they make one for your's bike. One thing to remember is you can never just add an exhaust. The air flow changes then the fuel flow needs to change to compensate for it. This could mean new jets for your carbs.
