Question about Nokia E63 Cell Phone
PUK Code is related to the SIM card you use.
Call your service provider or Cellular Network whose Sim you are using and they will help you.
PUK Code is printed on the Jacket or Box in which SIM comes when you buy it, try finding it there.
Otherwise there is no other way you can calculate your PUK code.

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.
Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa.
