Question about JVC GR-DVX400 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
If you have a DVD recorder/player with DV in put, you can buy a FireWire 4 pin male cable from a good audio/video shop which can connect to the DV socket on the camcorder. I got mine from Maplins only last week and at last I am saving the tapes to DVD.
Follow the DVD recorder booklet instructions and note every time you stop recording it will be saved as a separate file.

If you want to transfer video from your camera, you can't do it by usb cable. You need:
