Question about Sony VAIO VGN-CR220E/P Notebook
You do not factory restore laptops. Rether, you can either System restore, or hard disk format your system. Those terms refer to problems that are software related.
When your keys are not functioning, you have a possible hardware problem, and system restoring or formatting would not be a solution.
Your laptop has to be taken apart, and the keyboard properly observed for a faultline. You might not be able to do this yourself, and might have to take it to the local repairers.
Hope I helped solve your problem?
Have a nice day.
