Question about Cell Phones

The phone thinks something is plugged into the 3.5mm jack., try blowing it out or plugging in then unplugging headphones. If you got same result then the problem is the earphone jack. There might be a loose cable inside the phone. You need to bring the phone to samsung tech and have it repaired.
