Open Mail, in the left hand corner click mail, then preferences. In the Accounts window you can either erase or add a new account, with the + or - buttons on the bottom left. Check with your email provider to get the settings for the mail account and you're good to go.

Need help to correct Incredimail send/receive mail problem?

Hello friend,

I Guess this is common problem you don't need to worried about that you just have to reset all mails setting by following these steps.
When your Incredimail window is open click on the tools that's mention on top of Incredimail window, then go to your @email account and add E-mail you want to receive mails from then reconfigure email account automatically or manually you can also use user E-mail users like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Roadrunner, hope it'll work for your sending and receiving trouble because this information is out from Incredimail support website

I can't receive my mail.

Hello,

What type of server that your e-mail account works with?
If you are using POP3 or IMAP account, please configure Incoming mail server.
You should try the given below solution to resolve the occurred issue:

If you are using Microsoft Exchange account, check if you use cached exchange mode. If not, enable it. Click on "File" tab >> "Account Settings" >> "Account Settings" locate your exchange account and click on "change...."
Under server settings, check Use cached exchange mode.

You can check another setting to help resolve being able to send but not receive e-mail messages.

You can set up Microsoft Outlook to check for new e-mail messages at intervals of one minute to 1,440 minutes (one day).

On the "Send/Receive" menu, point to "Send/Receive Groups", and then click on "Define Send/Receive Groups".

Select the group that contains the e-mail account that you want to regularly check for messages.

Under Setting for group "group name", select the Schedule an automatic send/receive every x minutes check box.
Enter a number from 1 to 1440 in the minute's box.

Is my yahoo mail account corrupted? Recent mail sent from my account are not opening. Also same as YahooMessenger mail sent to me!

Your yahoo mail is not corrupt. You can send mail.... try sending a test mail to another account...NOT YAHOO, ex: hotmail or your friend. Have them confirm they received the email and can open it.

If they can open it, then it's something on yahoo side. Try this and let's see what happens,

I can receive emails but other people cannot receive emails from my phone

Hi William
Setting up an Email account on a Computer or iPhone is divided into 2 parts. The incoming mail server (POP) & the Outgoing (SMTP) server. You need to fill in these details correctly.
Send an Email to yourself to test this out.
That way it's quicker to test and you avoid annoying your friends while getting this Problem sorted out.
Your problem seems to be that the mail is not Sending correctly.
Which means that the details you are entering in the "Outgoing" boxes is incorrect.
Now, I've had this same problem on my iPhone on several occasions. The problem can be that you are using your own ISP details as you would on a fixed location computer but your outgoing email goes to your mobile carrier first. For example....
My email settings from the computer might be mail.iinet.net .au
Most of the time this works on the iPhone as well but, when I'm out in the country away from home it sometimes gets stuck in the "send" box. (It doesn't get sent)
So I open up my email settings in Settings / Mail,Contacts, Calendars. & Choose the Account Name I am using to send email.
Then look at the OUTGOING Mail Server / SMTP
and I see the PRIMARY server which is "mail.iinet.net.au" in my case. Underneath is another heading called.
OTHER SMTP SERVERS
in here I enter the mail server that the mobile phone company uses... mail.bigpond.com (my mobile carrier's email setting)
Enter details & turn this setting ON and if the first PRIMARY server can't be contacted then the secondary one can.
ALSO NOTE:
Some email accounts don't like SSL turned on.
I have SSL off & no user name or password in my settings, yours may be different depending on country & carrier, (I'm in Australia)
(Check your ISP's Email Setup requirements on their web site to get their preferred settings. Same for Mobile Phone Carrier.)
Sending via the Mobile carrier (who uses different settings) is what causes the problem. So...... by putting in this alternate route, it often solves the problem.
Now... it pays to note that sometimes these settings get so screwed up that just putting in the alternate settings fails to kick in. So...
I have found that, Deleting the Email account settings completely, does the trick....
Simply "Delete Email Account" and then re enter the full details again. (This has also worked on the computer as well)
Be sure to write down the old settings first or on the iPhone, press the top button and the bottom "thumb" button at the same time, will take a snapshot of the screen image and store it in the "Photos" App which allows you to refer to the settings later.
Hope this Helps

My 'Sent Mail' is always empty. Cannot check who I sent emails to. Why?

The most probable cause would be something in your settings for your web-mail, if that is what you're using, or in the configuration of your email client (e.g. Outlook). Another possibility is security software on your computer automatically clearing your sent folder or the equivalent security setting in web-mail doing the same.

If it's web-mail which you're using then the solution should be fairly simple, at least in terms of where you'll have to hunt and peck for the change in your web-mail configuration. You'll want to start with the help or support section of whatever web-mail service you're using, and probably you'll want to start with the FAQs first and run a search through them.

If you're using an email client on your computer, you'll first want to determine which protocol you're using: IMAP or POP3. IMAP leaves the email you receive on the server, whereas POP3 moves the emails you receive from the server to your computer.

IMAP shouldn't cause you any quirky problems with your sent mail folder, aside from the independent security software I mentioned earlier or explicit settings in your email client.

With the other protocol, POP3, your client is downloading all of your emails and not leaving copies on the server. It is possible that your sent folder is empty, in this scenario, if your email client is looking at the server's sent folder and not your client's sent folder. Hopefully something of this helps you solve your problem.

I am unable to send mails from my e7. I can receive mails, but outgoing mails remain stuck up in outbox. Also, once I have setup the mailbox, I cannot locate the incoming (pop) & outgoing (smtp) server...

Hello there!

Try to remove all the settings from your E7. You have to contact your Network Provider to send you the GPRS settings. Usually, the email settings shall be automatically saved. The settings shall be sent to you over-the-air by your provider. the incoming (pop) & outgoing (smtp), server settings are all be given out by the provider automatically once you requested it over-the-air.

My yahoo mail is compromised. I get delivery failure messages when I did not send any and friends are complaining about messages from my account that I did not send. How do I fix ,this.

Something that you opened has 'read' your contacts list and sent a spam message to them all.

Delete all messages received since it began happening just in case someone you know sent it without realising. Sounds like Malware virus or similar.

How to attach a file in yahoo?

In version 10, the most current version of Yahoo Instant Messenger, while chatting with someone that you want to send a file to, click on Actions, then on Send File... From there a window will open asking where the file you're wanting to send is located. Once you have found the location of the file, click the filename and hit "ok" and the file should begin being sent to your friend, as long as your friend accepts the file send. If your friend does not hit the accept button to receive the file, your file will not be sent, so make sure your friend wishes or expects to receive the file (in other words, don't try to send someone a file when they're away from their computer, as the file will not be sent). Best of luck!

Hello I am having samsung GT-E1410 mobile. I am

Hello,

SOLUTION TO RECEIVING FILES ON YOUR MEMORY CARD.
You cannot receive files on your memory card directly.

You are to receive it on your phones memory, then you move it to you memory card.

You ensure your phones memory is totally empty so you can receive your incoming files.

SOLUTION TO SEEING YOUR MAIL SENT
Go to messages,
select the message settings,
select the message sending option,
Select save and send.

once this is done, you will be able to view your sent mails in your outbox.

Take care

I am trying to retrieve my E-Mail. It seems My E-Mail is not working because my son sent me an E-Mail message but its not receiving on my E-Mail.

Hi prutennis
Is it possible, your email address was typed wrongly?
Check with him about the correctness of the address
Perhaps you should ask a friend to send you an email?
If that doesn't get through, you have to check your email settings.
Cheers
