I have an Aztech HW 550-3G router and I can't get it to work with my Verizon USB760 wireless dongle. The Aztech "techs" said there is NO manual way to set it up and there is NO Verizon choice in the drop down menu. The data sheet says they are compatible.

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Aztech Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Look for Manuals.

I was having the same router Aztech HW550 3G, exactly the same problem. Bought from Etisalat, UAE, completion of 12months the transmission signals were not happening. Till now I could find anything out in order to getting it working...

In order to activate the wireless 3G modem you have to connect it to your computer and run the verizon software that is included with the device.
If the software isn't on a disc, it should auto start when you plug in the device.
If you're still having issues with the product, call Verizon at (888) 294-6804.
They should be able to provide any assistance you require outside of what I suggested.

Hi, Well, this router will not work with usb modem. For 3g usb modem purchase MBR624GU. Make sure to check if ur usb modem is listed in the compatibility list. Hope this helps.
