Cant reset the wireless function on the comtrend ct-5372 cant load the 192.168.100.1 page

If your router isn't broken/damaged, do this.
  1. First check if your even connected; start button>run box?type cmd>enter. Black screen will appear. Type ipconfig. What is the gateway ip? This is the address you should enter in the web browser. If this doesn't work
  2. Reset your router. In the back there is a hole with a button in it. May be labeled reset. Hold it down 10 seconds, unplug the power cord, 30 seconds, plug back in for 10 more seconds, and release the reset button. Username & Password will be admin or admin & password. Re-enter the settings and turn wireless back on.
  3. If it still doesn't work, attempt to connect to another wireless router. If it does easily your router may be damaged. Replace it.
  4. If it won't connect to another wireless router, try another wireless card/wireless usb ethernet adapter.

Cant get into 192.168.1.1

Unplug the router, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

This assumes that the address settings have not been changed in the router using the user interface. If they have, you will need to push the red reset button on the back of the router, but doing this resets all security settings back to "as shipped" settings.

I cant remember my login or password. how do i reset these?

on the back there should be a little hole with reset above it, Get a paper clip or pin and push it in the hole and you will feel a button click in.

Kept it hold down for about 10 seconds and you should see the lights start flashing and your router is then reset. If it doesnt reset the first time, try holding the reset button in a bit longer.

Good Luck :D
