How do I download a photo?

If you're on a PC, right click on the photo/pic, then a menu list will pop up where one of the options should be "Save image as" or "Save pic as". Click on "save image/pic as" and then you can select the folder/location on your pc (on the top portion) and the name for the image (on the bottom portion). You can leave the pic name as is, or give it your own naming. Then click "Save".

Hi, Im trying to download my pic's from my camera to my computer like I have many times now. For some reason it keeps coming up saying " The scanner or camera is in use, please try again later"....

The software or driver may have become corrupt. Why don't you re-install the camera software ? Or if you do not have that do what many photographers do - take out the memory card from the camera and insert it into a suitable memory card reader which connects to the computer by USB. Then if you click My Computer your photos will appear in a volume D: or E: Copy the folder that contains the photos and paste it where your photos are saved. Make sure to save extra copies in an external disk or DVD, USB etc. for safekeeping.

On my en v 3 when i try to take a pic and save it it pops up (FAILED) and when i try to save a pic tht someone has sent me it says the same thing

You need to go to phone settings to see if your phone is blocking your save requests.

Try taking a picture again then look in options before you try to save the picture, you maybe able to copy this picture to memory or another file on your phone thus you don't get FAILED anymore.

wow, that's the first time that I heard of a Memory Stick Pro 4gb failing for someone. Try to take the memory stick pro to Walmart photo center to see if they can read the pictures. If they can't (or your local drug store) I don't know who can.

Good luck on this.

Vu-Me photo ball error message Photo Viewer Data Synchronize failed

Wicked! Got it working.

I had the same issue as described by the other posts. I run Windows Vista. I suspect the others are experiencing the same error message and are also running Vista.

Short Version of the Solution: You must run the Photo Viewer program as an administrator.

To do this:
  1. Close the program if it is open
  2. Right click on the program icon
  3. Select "Run as Administrator" - Yes you have to do this even if you are already logged into the PC with administrator privledges.
  4. You will be prompted to Cancel or Allow - Select "Allow"
It will now work.

Note: You may be asked for the administrator password if you are not logged into the machine as an an adminstrator already.

Hope this helps someone out there!
