Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The cartridge can not be re-set without a re-setter. Search Google for "520 re-setter" or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing.
A work around is to hold the reset/resume/stop (red triangle on the button) button down for 10 seconds. this will disable the ink level warnings
I hope this helps Regards GM

What needs to be reset is the kill chip on each of the individual cartridges. If you buy from a reputable refiller they will have equipment that is able to do this. A refill will not work unless this is done.
