Re: Problem with compatability
Some are compatible with MAC OS X. There is a list of available drivers on the Lexmark site. Choose the operating system on the left and then search for your printer and driver. I don't see it there, however, you might contact Lexmark through the link on the site and ask them. Be sure to give them full details on your printer and your Op system, etc.

Why bother with AVG when there are other options far better? Go to Malwarebytes.com and down load an excellent program FREE that truly works exceptionally well. Unlike Norton, AVG, and McAfee; Malwarebytes is friendly and noninvasive. The others mess up a great deal of time and they FIGHT each other. Never use more than one Antivirus program at a time. Do so and your are asking for problems. FREE AGV is not actually FREE as they spy on you when your on line.
You need Vista Compliant drivers - go to LexMark support Mean while try this Go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Compatibility Wizard[ or go to search - type in Compatibility Wizard] Reset the machine to Run as Win XP or 98
I have had the same problem when I went to redo my Windows Vista Machine. The answer is simple. Install the software from the installation disc that came with your printer. Next go to lexmark.com and download the driver package for your printer and install that. Now a window should pop up asking you if you want to install over the original or make a copy, MAKE A COPY.. After installation is done open lexmark studio and pick to open the copy version and there you go, you can now use your lexmark studio, and for some reason after you open the program once like this the original one works!!!!!!!!
go to the part of the program that deals with compatibility of programs. I never liked vista so I never installed it. anyway in the compatibility box choose windows xp and run it. worse comes to worse go to www dot downloads dot com and download the drivers for your printer FOR vista.
