I don't think this model has a specific method to install and I am sure that this is a plug and play device. Plug in the other end of the usb cable to your Portable drive and then connect the other end of the cable to on of your computer's usb port. Do this while your computer is On. Wait for few seconds and you'll see that your computer has detected a new drive and will start installing it automatically. Once the installation is finished, you be notified that it installed and ready to use. Sometimes you'll also get a warning message to restart your computer to make the new hardware work correctly, even if you simply click "No", there won't be problem since it's a plug and play device. Open your My Computer and there you'll see a new Drive eg. Removable Drive. You can access it as you access the other drives/partitions on your computer.
