The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code

Well, the default code of your phone is ' 0000' because that is the code which is changed to a 4-8 digit lock code wehen setting a phone lock code.
 Else, your phone must have been entered witha code without your knowledge by somebody else. In this case, it is possilble to unlock the phone with a unlock code software...

To set the security code for your phone,
from Standby select:
1. Menu--> Settings--> General tab--> Security--> Locks--> Phone protection--> Protection
2. Select an alternative
3. Enter the Phone lock code and click OK

To unlock your cell phone,
Enter the phone code and click OK

go to phone settings. n dat go in security option nd click on sim protection nd enter security code. default code might b 0000 orb 1234.
