Worx jawsaw wont stop running

Sherree:

The engine idle may be set too high. look for the idle screw (on the carburetor) and turn it counter clockwise a little. If you turn it too far, the saw engine will stall... there's a "happy spot" where the saw blades will not turn, but the saw will idle.

The WORX WG250 hedge trimmer incorporates an 18-volt 1.7 Ah Ni-Cd battery pack. You can use this battery pack with other WORX Ni-CD PowerShare tools. The included charger takes about an hour to restore a dead battery to full charge.

Your trigger might have gone bad. Take your handle apart, and check to see if you have power to the switch, you can use a jumper wire to bypass the switch to see if it starts.

How do you change from edger to trimmer

There is a slide out fixture near the business end of the shaft. You slide the motor section away from the handle end about 3/4 of an inch and turn 90°. I usually just put my toes on the wheels and pull the handle then turn whichever way I need.
