Question about Philips HDD1630 MP3 Player
The on button and volume up seemed to work. are you suggesting the visit to the web and the software update would either fix the problem, OR add new features? easier navigation or sync or whatever?
Depends. If your computer is running either Windows Vista or Windows Media Player 11, that player is history. If the reset worked, then you can update the firmware by using the Update function in the Philips Device Manager. The Philips Device Manager can be found at www.usasupport.philips.com
