Before one starts adjusting the carburettor's settings:
Bear in mind that small gasoline powered engines need to run at reasonably high idle revs - just to keep running. Unlike a motor vehicles' engine, where weight (and size) is no real problem, these small engines have no flywheel to store inertial energy and keep the engine running.
Adjusting the revs below a certain point results in the engine dying when the throttle is closed, and all the hassles of trying to restart them.
I seriously suggest maintaining the default settings.

Testimonial: "how do i set the carburettrt"

There are usually only three possible items that can be adjusted. Two are 'adjustment' screws on the carb, and influence air mixture, and idle. The third is a mechanical stop for the accellerator (throttle) cable which also limits / influeneces the minimum speed.
The position and accessibility of the adjustments vary from model to model, so some experimentation is required. Before you adjust something, make a (mental) note as to where it is set, so as to be able to return the adjustment to it's original setting.

Why my weedeater idle to high and why air bubble in the primer bulb?

Its not un common to have air in the primer bulb, Check for a possible air leak in the system. This will make the saw idle higher than normal if its sucking air from elsewhere.

L opened and cleaned my carburetor nw its idling very high.even if l adjust the idling screw

on a lot of weedeaters there is a holddown nut collar that
secures the weedeater throtlle cable to the motor housing . if you removed the cable from the carbuerator and loosened this collar
you can adjust the idle speed by adjustng the collar back and forth
towards and away from the carbuerator . Simple adjustment to a major headache.

Idle goes up and down and the shuts off eventually

It sounds like the engine might be running too lean. You need to get someone to adjust the idle and high speed screws correctly.

My weedeater will crank fine but when i try to give it gas it bogs down, let off the gas and it idles fine?

try checking the head bolts and see if they are loose. if this is a 2 -stroke weedeater, the bolts sometimes vibrate loose and you lose compression.

My stihl weedeater starts and idles fine but does not get power.

I have a Stihl FS 45 and have had problems with it running for a short time then cutting out. The problem is like to be either- the filter attached to end end of the fuel pick hose that goes down into the fuel tank is blocked or- there is a crack or split in the corrugated section of the fuel pick up hose between the fuel tank and the carburettor. If such a crack or split exists it will cause air to be sucked in with the fuel upsetting the fuel/air ratio. A new hose not adjustment is the only cure
