Question about Computers & Internet
There could be quite a few reasons why you can't connect, but if you are sure the router is connected and past experience indicates it could be your browser. Click start and goto control panel. Double click internet options, click on the advance tab at the top, near the bottom of the window is a reset button, click that select everything then ok. When finished try to connect and all should be well.
