Hi,
After reinstalling the OS you need to install your webcam driver.
Go to your product site and download the Drivers.

When i reformat my pc, my webcam driver was not accepted by my new xp os , but previously i was also using the xp os. what is the problem with it?


1st You download Webcam Driver.
my webcam driver
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

I installed my webcam but there is no capture device..its just an lg logo appear..


If the driver was not installed for the OS in the PC there will be errors and it cannot open a window.
So recheck with the correct driver for the OS in your PC.

I have the webcam VX-1000 but lost the installation disc & papers


The normal VX 1000 drivers for windows can be downloaded via:

Sorry there is nothing available for MAC compatibility at the moment

I have lost my installation of webcam which is touchmate web cam i want to install this cam with IBM labtop what should i do please help for that


Usually devices are auto detected in many os but if your webcam need software to install..
First lets try with inbuilt software of os..
Go to control pannel>Add new Hardware..
Now follow the procedure and see if it is installed or not...
if it does not work then Go to the official website of your webcam and downloade the required software....

I can't install the Icecam because of Finder applications


Are you running OSX 10.4? Not supported yet...

    There u go!

    Select the driver u need, if u have an 64but OS select the 64bits driver, if you have an 32bits OS select the driver under the 64bits driver.

    Also download the applications for the camera

    1.All branded webcams comes with the driver and utillities diskette.
    2 this webcam released in the past 2002 Connect the cam Operating system asks for the driver
    3.click recommended driver install. then click philips in the manufacturing list in webcam devices.
    4.if not. try installing drivers at your own risk.
    5.Usually all webcams supplied with drivers and utilities when you buy
    6.you can install default webcam drivers also
    7. Some latest OS contains all the webcam drivers built-in
