Problem for Panasonic BL-C30A Network Camera

The camera has been working fine for over a year, but occasionally seems to just stop working. Usually switching off and on is enough to wake it up, but now is different.

When I switch on the power, the red light comes on, goes off, flickers and then goes off and the green light doesn't come on, and camera doesn't work.

- my BL-C20 also worked good for over a year. One day, it found it not work. Evening pressing the reset switch, it flash red once, then never go to green.
Repeat a lot of time. same result.
Check the IP, it does set to the default xxx.xxx.x.253. but it does not turn out any web page.
unable to access the camera page.

Normal 0 Probably has corrupt driver.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
