adora is not a model# and as I have mentioned earlier the problem is either with the control board or the belt that is worn out and needs replacement.

Alright if everything works fine and it just wont spin then the problem is with the door lock assembly thatneeds replacement

The problem can be with the belt or the door lock assembly, you can test the door lock switch mechanism with a voltmeter before replacing it

Is there a lint trap or lint filter on this washer? It is a kenmore washer model# 11022622100. I seem to remember my old washer having one inside the lip of the tub but I can not find one anywhere.

On most 110 mods there was what they called a lint trap at the bottom of the wash basket. You can;t see it without taking the basket out (ya I know dum) you will need special tool to remove basket.that filter has now been replaced by whirlpool with 4 little plugs and the so called filter is removed. You can clean the old one and unit will be fine..for that job I would say to get a pro as it takes me about 2 mins to open and will save you as a home owner a whole lot of headaches..Hope I helped and Thanks for voting

Just a note that whirlpool made that machine.

Washing machine lint trap

There is no trap per say. The lint catcher is self cleaning when the water is pumped out. It sounds like you are overloading it and the clothes are hitting the agitator. Operation should be agitation by water movement not beat by the plastic fins, run a wash cycle hot water no clothes to flush things out and try smaller loads.

Where is the filter?

Hi,
To find the filter you need to do the following steps. Find your lint trap. Lint traps in washing machines can be in the agitator (the large plastic piece in the center of the tub), at the top of the washer on the rim of the tub, or attached to the washing machine's drainage hose. Pull out the agitator tube to check for the lint trap. Peel any loose lint from the filter. Scrub away lint that doesn't peel off easily with a heavy-duty paper towel or a wet sponge. Feel your way around the top rim of the washing machine's basin. If you locate a trap, pull it straight out of the machine. Peel away loose lint and follow up with a wet sponge or heavy-duty paper towel. Check your machine's drainage hose for an attached lint trap. Remove the trap and peel the top layer of lint off. Rinse the trap in low-pressure, warm water. Reattach to the drainage hose. Check for and remove any lint or debris that may have dropped into the washing machine basin during the cleaning.

My calypso machine leave alot of lint on clothing

you have to clean the lint trap before every use. I assume that you know that. also , you need to clean the area where the lint trap is really good, so you dont have a dryer fire.

WHIRLPOOL DUET HT IS TODAY NOT STARTING AND COMPUTER IS ON

i hope this helps it is the most common problem /solution for these washers. run the drain spin cycle manually if that does not work you will have to clean out the lint trap and the water left inside will drain on your floor. To clean the lint trap. there is a panel at the bottom front of the washer. along the bottom of the washer there are three torx type screws to remove the panel these will be above the drawer unit if you purcased the stand. remove the panel by lifting from the bottom. then in the center you will see a plastic cap. twist the cap to remove. this is your lint filter. it pulls out and has a cup shaped piece attached to it pay attention to how it comes out im not sure if you can put it in wrong. clean the area out. there may be some water to spill out depending on how much is clogged in your system. replace the cap once you have cleaned it out this should help with your problems.
