Try and reset the power to the printer and re-install check the toner cartridge. If this doesn't help then please try and reset the printer to default factory settings. Y?? ??n reset ???r Dell printer by using 'Reset Dell Printer' icon. Y?? ??n g?t t? th?? icon in folder 'UAN'--> 'Logic Utilities' -->Reset Dell Printer. Hope this helps...
