Netflix will not connect internet on vizio blueray player

see this steps and fix it. God bless you
    • 1 Reset the player if the device stops behaving normally. (Keep in mind that rotation sounds and picture issues during search are normal.) Select the "System" menu from the setup area and choose "Restore Factory Settings" or a similar option. Allow the device to restart and then try the disc again.
    • 2 Insert the disc face up in the tray. If playback fails to start or if it starts and then stops, wipe the disc with a soft cloth and try again. Throw out any heavily scratched discs that won't play.
    • 3 Change the "TV Aspect" to 16:9 in the setup area of the menu if the picture expands left and right or if the picture size is wrong and you're using an HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) cable.
    • 4 Set the wireless Internet router to automatically allow new devices to connect to it if the Insignia player won't connect to the Internet. The player uses only WPS to connect. Some routers that use different automatic setup protocols won't work.
    • 5 Make sure that the connection between the player and the television uses an HDMI cable if you're watching a Blu-ray movie. Some Blu-ray discs will only play over an HDMI connection. Also, remember that some Blu-ray discs won't work with PiP (Picture-in-Picture).

How to tune up dvd player

  • Plug the power cable of the Samsung VHS/DVD player into an available power outlet near the television.

Connect a set of RCA audio and video cables to the color-coded outputs on the back of your Samsung VHS/DVD player. The colors of these cables are yellow (video), white (left audio) and red (right audio).

Take the other end of the RCA audio and video cables and connect them to the color-corresponding inputs on your television. When plugging in these cables, look for a label for the input, such as "Video 1" and "Audio 1." This will be important in Step 5.

Turn on the television and the Samsung VHS/DVD player.

Tune your television to the video input channel that you noted in Step 3. If you did not take note, you can also tune through your television's input channels until you find the one displaying the signal from the DVD/VCR player.

Insert a VHS tape or DVD into the Samsung player and press the "Play" button to verify that the unit is functioning properly.

Component Video

Plug the power cable of the Samsung VHS/DVD player into an available power outlet near the television.

Connect a set of component video cables to the color-coded outputs on the back of your Samsung VHS/DVD player. These cables will look similar to composite audio and video cables, but they are instead color-coded as red, blue and green.

Plug the other end of the component video cables into the color-corresponding inputs on your television. Take note of what input number you are plugging the cords into, as it will be useful later.

Connect a set of RCA audio cables to "Audio Out" jacks on your VHS/DVD player, then connect the other ends to your television. These cables are color-coded as red and white and must be plugged into the same input number as the component video cables.

Turn on the television and the Samsung VHS/DVD player.

Tune your television to the component video input channel where you connected the Samsung VHS/DVD player.

Insert a VHS or DVD into the Samsung player and press the "Play" button to verify that the unit is functioning properly.

How do i tune the channels on a toshiba rc3910

Hi
Before tuning the set to auto tune mode, make sure the antenna or cable, whatever may, connected to its appropriate sockets at the back of the set firmly. To make it autotune:

As new services are broadcast, it will be necessary to

re-tune the television in order to view them.

Auto Tuning will completely re-tune the television

and can be used to update the channel list. It is

recommended that Auto Tuning is run periodically to
ensure that all new services are added. All current

channels and settings, i.e. locked channels, will be
lost.

[1] Select the SETUP from the main menu by using

Up or Down buttons. Press OK and Setup menu
will be displayed.

[2] Select the Installation from the Setup menu

by using Up or Down buttons. Press OK and
Installation menu will be displayed.

]3] Select Automatic Channel Scan from the Installation

menu by using Up or Down buttons and press OK.

A screen will appear warning that previous digital

programmes and settings will be deleted. Select Yes
and press OK to continue with the Auto tuning.

The television will start to search for all available

stations. You must allow the television to complete

the search. When the search is complete the Auto

tuning screen will display the total number of
services found.

* After search is completed for digital channels, a

message asking whether to search for analogue
channels appears on the screen

** Press the OK button to search for analogue

channels. The following menu appears on the screen
for analogue channel search
OK.

Yes the display settings need to be reset since he had HDTV and you don't. I do this by simply having the PS off then press power button and hold it for 5 seconds.

Would like to play old Coleco game on LG LCD tv, Comcast Cable HD system....how to hookup ?

Most older game consoles used an RF output (connected to the anenna jack of the TV, tune to channel 3 or 4 to see the game). And most used a RCA plug on the end of a cable to connect. You will need an adapter to go from the RCA plug to an 'F' fitting (like on the end of a cable TV wire) to connect to your television. Then, with the game turned on, you will have to program or scan your TV to find that signal.

Sony Bravia Digital TV won't tune Channels 350 and 350, can't manual tune wither as it will only accept 2 digit numbers, even though it tunes 201 ...

These numbers are the LCN (Logical Channel Number) assigned by the broadcasters. It will only be at 350 if it is the same channel from a different transmitter. You need to know the 'channel' of the frequency to manually tune it in. You are talking about the program number not the channel (frequency), a common mistake. i.e ABC in Sydney is transmitted on CH12 (226.5Mhz) and the LCN's for each program are 2,21,22,23,24,201 & 201. If your antenna also picks up the signals from the Kings Cross transmitter ABC is CH30 (543.5Mhz), as these are later in the spectrum they are put in the LCN list starting at 350.

How to tune in for blu ray dvd

You do not tune in your Bluray player but connect using an HDMI cable or Composite cable. If you have a HDMI cable connect the Bluray's HDMI out to the TV's HDMI in at the back and using the TV's remote switch the Input source to HDMI. You will see the image from the Bluray player in high definition.
If you don not have a HDMI cable connect the composite out of the Bluray player using the Yellow/Red/White cable to the TV's composite input ( same three color sockets ) and switch to AV input on the TV. Using this connection won't give you high definition image but will work OK.

I have an older but operable Sanyo VWM-700 4 head hi-fi VCR to connect to an older but operable 13" TV just to watch workout video cassettes(via cable, no cable box necessary). How are the connections made...

You connect the Antenna to the VCR, you connect the AV OUT from VCR to AV IN on TV.(Yellow, Red & White) (Doesn't matter as long as color to color) Then you TUNE the VCR to the channels and the TV simply acts as a monitor. You must tune the TV to the OUTPUT from the VCR. If ya play a tape and look for the signal on the TV, to "Tune it in" to the VCR. first. then go to tuner.
