When I swich on my Samsung FlashCAM (smx-f43bp pal) usually the image on the monitor is upside down. Somtimes it helps if I gyrate the monitor several times sometime this doesn't help at all. Lately it got worse and sometimes the camera doesn't even boot anymore, when I switch it on.

hi reckon you have a faulty ribbon cable replace and it should be ok thats if a software flash doesnt sovle ya problemas lylo recommends mrjazon

if you open camera and your screen is upside down then hit the volume key on the side and it will flip it around

Hi,

I had simmilar problems, re-setting the phone was no help.

I had to replace the flex cable that connects the screen to the main board in the end and phone now works perfectly.

Mine is also like this, but I now live in Spain. Will I still be able to take it back to the store when I am next in UK ( still within 12 months of buying it) or will they say they wont replace it, cos I have a Spanish SIM card in it now?

sir i tried and tested it in chinaphone ,lets see if it also works in samsung...press power key and # , if not works insert a working sim and send message to that sim ...if the phone received the message it will automatically calibrated thanks and goodluck
