Question about Casio Cell Phones
The only thing I can suggest is that you check the power supply to make sure it's voltage is good, since a slightly low voltage will cause strange symptoms. Other than that, there's not much one can do to fix a tricky problem like this. You can try to look for one on Ebay, and hope to get one reasonable that works.
