It is so common that the drain leaks in many ways and is the most problematic fault in a washing machine. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that water has leaked then as the drain hose pump/valve and fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for possible leaks here. In some cases the drain hose would be clogged at the drain end to outlet of the house and so there will be back flushing resulting in overflow to the outside. Also the drain pump/valve can be clogged or the drain hose clamps can be loose on the grip which can all cause the leak to occurs. Removing and Cleaning the drain pump/valve, tightening of the hose is also very important. Also water can leak if there is gaps on the front door gaskets and must be checked but this will happen only during the cycle and not on the drain cycle end.

HOW TO FIX LE ERROR CODE ON SAMSUNG DISHWASHER DMR78AHS

An LE error code on your dishwasher stands for "LEaking."

There is, what I call, a drip pan on the bottom that the water is dripping into. Remove your dishwasher and take off the lower the side panels to get a look inside the drip pan. If you have water in there, try to find out where it's coming from.

If there are no signs of water, tip the dishwasher over on its side and remove the plastic panel on the bottom of the dishwasher. Once removed, you can disconnect the connector to the leak sensor (it's mounted upside-down, with 4 wires coming out of it. If I remember right, the wires are blue and red).

Flip the dishwasher back upright and plug it in and see if your LE error code pops back on. If it pops back on, then you have a bad board. If it doesn't, then you either have a leak, or the "fangs" on the leak detector are shorting out, somehow.

Good luck!

Westinghouse dishwasher error code i30

Not familiar with this particular model but the indication is for water in the very bottom of your unit. Either due to a leak or a faulty switch. A quick leak check is to tip your unit to the side and see if water dribbles out of the bottom. Side needs to come off and either find and fix the leak or replace the switch itself. If its just a leak and you tip the water out it will actually work till the leak fills up again.

DW60CE dishwasher - E6 fault flood switch activated. Unit has not been use

DW60CE dishwasher - E6 fault flood switch activated.
After tipping the dishwasher on its side & it releasing its water from its tray, the fault cleared. I removed the bottom cover & inspected its internals for traces of a leak or evidence of leaking.
I could follow the calcium or detergent trail from the rear water duct connection near the top feeding sprayer arm, down the back of the dishwasher & into the tray. The lock nut on the duct where it enters through the inside S/S skin had become loose & simply needed to be tightened.

Displays E1 code. water is on

Hi there Dolly, error code E1 relates to water leaking. Its the code the machine displays when the flood switch in the bottom of the machine activates. The flood switch activates when the bottom of the machine gets filled with water from a leak. I surgest you have a look underneth the machine for signs of water. I hope this helps regards Gary.

Hi. My dishmaid dw12 sometimes leakes water. ive checked the water inlet and draing and its not that. what could it be

If the water is appearing at the front of the dishwasher during use, it's most likely that one of the door seals needs replacing.

There is a white panel, about 4 inches high, below the door. Stand to the side of the washer, open the door about half-way, and have a feel about on top of that lower panel. If it's wet, it's almost certain one of the seals is perished - usually the bottom door seal. This seal isn't visible like the goal-post seal that runs around the sides and top.

Also, food waste can build up on or under the seals and cause leaks.

If the water is appearing from the back or under the washer, then further investigation is needed and you may need an enginner. It's hard to be definite as you haven't been very specific about where and when the leak occurs.

Splining on plastic impeller beneath spray arm is worn away; f1 error code, water remains in tub.

The impeller can be ordered to replace if you think it is worn out. It is not expensive. However, water remains in the tube is not because of that. It stops working since the Floor switch at the bottom housing detects water from a leak that was why the F1 error code come up. Check out the bottom housing to dry out the leak. Good Luck.
