The best thing to do is to contact your mail provider. However, if you know how to follow the instructions below, you could try troubleshooting it yourself.
*Double check your SMTP settings if it's properly set up
- you should check the SMTP server if it's in place or spelled properly
- some SMTP server requires authentication
*Try to use different SMTP port numbers: 25 or 2525 non-SSL connection or 465 SSL connection and 587 TLS connection (This is because sometimes ISP blocks other port numbers)
