I Just brought a nu dolphin waterproof mp3 player and my pc does not recognize it, there are no drivers for it installed on my computer. I can't find them on the internet. could you tell me where to get them. I already tried but the manufacturer brand is not recognized as well. could you help me to get the drivers.

Try downloading the software and/or drivers for it before connecting it to your pc. If you no longer have the disk that came with it - go to the manufacturers website and download them there. Don't connect it to your pc until the software is installed. The computer won't recognize it until the software and/or drivers are installed.
Did you get it on ebay? My player has the same issue... And it seems to me that the seller knew about it. I haven't found a solution yet, but will probably sent it straight to NU as there is a warranty.
