You did not specify which Alpine 4-channel you have. If you have the MRP-F240 or MRP-F250, they can be run as 2/3/4 channels. Unbridged, the channels can output to either a 2ohm or a 4ohm load.
In your case, to run 4 speakers and 1 sub, it would be best to connect 2 of the speakers in parallel to each of channels 1 and 2 and connect the sub bridged to channels 3 and 4. The bridged terminals for the sub would be the 1st(-) and last(+) on the bottom row of terminals. The sub must be 4ohm or higher. And with this arrangement, you'll have different settings for the filter switches. For channels 1 and 2, set the filter to "OFF" (leftmost position. For channels 3 and 4, set the filter to "LP" (rightmost position).
Hope this helps.

Some of the autoradio has the mute function already included to the autoradio, and when you add it, it may create troubles.
Then try without the mute cable connect and see if it is working.
Did you select the harness which the right reference of audio system?
You will have to ensure it.

Use the left and right to connect the positive and negative to the respective speakers in the right and left. Please make sure of the polarity and so be cautious. next you can connect the sub woofer from the left and right channel as the amp is bridgeable. Use the lead to connect from the R- positve to L negative. test and check the phasing of the speakers, must get good low bass or else you can reverse the sub woofer and check again. If you ae having frint speakers connect accordingly the the other channel. Helpful Good day

they are only 4 ohm speakers so just put the front speakers on channels 1&2 or a&b and the rear on 3&4 or c&d since you are using a 4 channel amp thats what they are designed for

Tips for a great answer:
HU harness color code pretty much universal.
blue/white=remote turn on
pink/black=audio interupt in (not sure if you have one)
speaker wire with black stripes is negative.
