Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I put in a new HP black cartridge, the printer worked fine for a few days, now it says Error Check cartridge, HP director toolbox says that this is the wrong cartridge. It is the correct cartridge. I've tried restarting and snapping the cartridge in again. Thanks for any help.
Have any of you tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer? It's possible something this simple might just solve your problem. Let us know.
