Hi, remove the battery and battery support tray and clean all debris from around the hydrostatic drive, fan and cooling fins. Your problem is caused by the hydrostatic drive overheating. Hope this helps, regards Phil

My John Deere 345 barely moves in Reverse slow going forward then all at once it takes off and everything works as it should for no rhyme or reason does this every time I start it up

Does your tractor have a hydrostatic drive? It could be just low on fluid. It is a hydraulic system and the pressure is reaching a functioning pressure at start up. If the fluid is low it will take a while to reach that pressure. It will gradually get worse as the fluid gets lower. Could be more serious, but this is something you can do without taking it to a repair shop!

My Lt155 ride on wont engage in forward or reverse

(Simple answer)Hydrostatic drive machines have a setting that allows you to push them. machine won`t move if this is engaged.
Also If park brake is on. Otherwise check drive belt has not snapped is loose or broken. Jack machine up and see if wheels will drive without weight of machine.

My John Deere LX280 is slow when backing up & has very little power. The fluid lever is good. Where should I look.

I have a LX280 that had this same issue. The problem was grass clippings blocking the pedal movement underneath the mower. Follow the rear pedal path and you may find the same issue. After removing the clippings buildup under the mower, the power was restored. Cheers!
