Question about PayPal Accounts

Hi, on May 4, I purchased an item from Seaside Treasures and More, order ID 178162418; I paid for the item by PayPal, $36.95 transaction ID 2LG88428814610451. About one week later Mr. Michael Vealey finaly sent me a message indicating the shipping amount would be $33.16. I replied that I would pay by PayPal if he would send me an invoice for this amount. I still have not received an invoice from him and have nor received a reply to a second message sent around May 20. Your help would be appreciated Thanks, Rob V

*CLICKBANK is what the name of the Seller of the information you purchased from online on that day for whatever eBook that was..

4029357733.. is the phone number for department at Paypal. Clickbank is a website that sells digital information made by authors such as the Seller in question.

Clickbank allows it's Seller's to provide a custom name to show when a Buyer completes a transaction. Some Seller's use a custom short name to indicate what the Buyer bought so that the Seller can keep track of what was sold. Or, the Seller has the option to leave the purchased transaction ID as CLICKBANK, a generic term for the Buyer to know that they bought some kind of information that was sold online.

Have not received two items I have paid for


Go to your paypal account and log in. Run a search for payments and locate each purchase that you made which has not been received. Open the transaction. click on the link to report the item as not received and open a case for each one. Paypal will handle the rest for you.

hey you can complain and reclaim the money...the options are there in paypal only...just go in the summary of your payment...in the end there will be a option to ...complain...it will take only 4-5 days for enquiry and ..you will get your money back.

lovemypet@domain.com is not the same as lovemypet.com.au.
Notice that the second one doesn't have an '@' sign, which an email address should have.

You have sent money to some the ID lovemypet@domain.com

Now, this is to try recover your money.

Go to "Resolution Center" in PayPal

Click "Dispute a Transaction"

Select "Item Dispute"

Enter the Transaction ID of the payment sent. [Click "find transaction ID if you already don't know it. I hope you will recognize the amount sent from the history."]

Click "continue"

Now, follow the instructions.
You will have to write something describing the problem.
Maybe you can write "Hey, I have not received the .......... that I bought on...... . Have you already sent the item?"

Now, you have to ask the seller his PayPal ID. From where did you buy the item? I hope it is some website.

Please tell me if there is any other problem.

When did it happens? You must act fast. Contact rspears mail immediately do not accept the payment/transaction from paypal. And also request to sent back/cancel the transaction. Contact paypal to cancel that transaction which wrongly sent. Paypal will help you.

Paid by Pay Pal on Sept. 04. 2009, transaction ID, 06H91061PX175542G for item purchased thru Ebay #290344468117 and item has not been received. What do I do next?


I would email seller and ask for a tracking code. Let them know that you have not recieved the item yet. Wait at least a week more and if you still haven't recieved, then you can see if you and seller can work out a refund, etc.
