Call your customer care of service provider and ask their help. Before call them, remove sim card and back of sim 12 or 10 degit number is there. Your service provider will ask that number and then inform you the PUK number.
No body can help you to get your puk code since PUK code is unique series digit of number from your network provider to unlock lg xenon from sim blocking caused by miss password configuration.
